Return to Windurst, and if you don't have one already, get a map of Fei'Yin (do the "A smudge on one's record" quest). Head back to Jeuno, and get a map of Beaucedine Glacier in Jeuno as well as Ranguemont Pass and a teleport scroll. Gather an alliance, and head to San D'Oria and go to East Ronfaure. Zone into Ranguemont Pass, and head to L-4 on the map. You are looking for the parts of the Warp II scroll, which start at the bottom of a tower in I-7. Once you finish that part of the quest, head over to Fei'Yin Tower in J-5. If you get to the bottom floor, there is a skeleton that you must kill, an NM. Once you get the last piece, head back to your hometown and finish the mission.
